Multidate - After changing the date format as YYYY/MM/DD system saves the format but Could not select the date from the date picker in Holidays list. So I cannot create a Holiday list even if I change the date format.

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Enter URL
2.Login as Suite Administrator
3.Select Preferences menu from Users tab
4.Change the date format as YYYY/MM/DD and click Save
5.Select Holidays list menu from system tab
6.Click on the Date Picker on From/To date
7.Observe the Result
