Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Ewqims
2.Go to Doc pro
3.Click on Folder management
4.Expand the modules
5.Right click from Aqua pro module and click access for sites
6.Set access rights
7.Change the site dropdown
8.Now change the rights from the dropdown
9.Rights are not changes
Same when changing the site and group dropdown in access for groups
