Steps To Reproduce:

1)login to module as auditor
2)click on corrective action close out
3)pick the NC/OFI to close
4)check verified as "Yes" and validated as "No" and attach the attachment with out special character in the file
5)click on save
6)again pick the same findings
7)check verified as "Yes" and validated as "yes" and attach the attachment with special character in the file
8)click save and observe the screen

Description

Problem on Corrective action close out page of auditor for NC/OFI closeout. The Not closeout NC/OFI when tried to click save alert message as "this NC has been closed out further modifications are not allowed" but able to modify the verification and validation details.
