Steps To Reproduce:
1)Login to module as auditor
2)click on corrective action close out
3)pick the NC/OFI to close
4)check verified as "Yes" and validated as "No" and attach the attachment with special character in the file
5)click on "reset"
6)check verified as "Yes" and validated as "No"
7)click save
8)observe the screen
