Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login to Ewqims application
2)Go To DocPro module
3)Create a Group and add 3 Users
4)Goto Route add a Position (Which has 3 users)
5)Create a New Document Request and in Pending Request observe the Result

Description

1.Create a group (Add 3 users) and don't give any approval rights
2.Create a Position & add those 3 users which is in group
3.Make sure 3 Users are not in Default-Corporate
4.Goto Route add a position (Which has 3 users)
