closedUser listing page - User rights page is not working as expected. (Refer Description)

1.Enter URL
2.Login as Suite Administrator
3.Select Users menu from Users tab
4.Select any user and click on Arrow icon on Rights column
5.Click on the Select user drop-down and select the option
6.Select the user and click Add user button
7.Observe the result in Selected Users
Description
User rights page is not working as expected. (Refer Description)
1.Assigned user rights are not saved
2.Clicking Remove all rights button, alert after removing and for saving should be changed.
3.Adding user- Alert is displayed as 1 users added
4.Clicking cancel button after removing all rights displays the old user listing screen
5.Copied BOSS rights are not applied to the Assigned user
6.Design is not good as expected
7.Buttons on the top are fade out while clicking the drop-down
