Steps To Reproduce:

1.Goto EWQIMS
2.Login as AQuAPro Module User
3.Navigate to AQuAPro Module
4.Click on AQuAPro Tab and Select Main Menu
5.Click on Manufactured PI and Select any PI from the PI Tree
6.Publish PFMEA Document to One DocPro Level
7.Now Switch to the DocPro Module and Goto Actions Menu and then Terminate the Published Document
8.Again Switch to AQuAPro Module and again Publish the same Document in the same PI to Module Level
9.Now Repeat the same Step 7 and 8 again
10.Then Switch to DocPro Module and view the Revision History for the Published Document in the Published Level
11.Observe the Results

Having other Issue by Terminating the document in Actions cant able to publish the same document again. Please find the attached screenshot because of this issue I cant able to reproduce the issue.
