Steps To Reproduce:

1.Enter URL
2.Login as Suite Administrator
3.Select Users menu from Users tab
4.Click on Add button
5.Enter all the user details and attach picture for user
6.Click on Save
7.Observe the result

Description

•User Creation - Attached picture is not applied while creating a User.
•While clicking on save button 'saved successfully' alert is not displayed but user is being saved without the image.
