The Audit report-> publish window->close button is not working as expected.

Steps To Reproduce:

1)login to module as auditor
2)click on perform audit
3)click on publish for approval
4)after publish try to resubmit the same document
5)click on publish document hyperlink
6)now try to close the window and observe

Description

The Audit report-> publish window->close button is not working as expected which means not able to close the publish window for the first time and when clicked for the first time the close button is moving to the top of the screen
