Steps To Reproduce:

1.Goto EwQIMS
2.Login as IC Module User
3.Navigate to IC Module
4.Goto the Receiving Inspection Menu and Select the Entry
5.Now Reject the Lot and then Submit the Inspection
6.Check the Email Inbox
7.Observe the Result
