Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in as admin.
2. Make the page layout as Social media in user preference.
3. logout and login as same user.
4. Click on participant avg score widget.
5. Observe the pop up.

Description

1. In Participant Average score field in the participant widget need to change participants to Participant name.
2. Instead of question short name, need question name itself.
3. Type of evaluation need in only 1 place as common.
4. Comments field should be shown only if the comments is enabled in the question pool page.
