Wrong validation alert message displays while attaching optional attachments in all the CAR approaches

1)Login as auditee
2)select the respective findings
3)navigate to the bottom of the page
4)click on pin icon in the optional attachments
5)directly click on save without attaching attachment
6)observe the screen

Description

when trying to attach the optional attachments in all the CAR approaches without attaching the attachment displays directly click on save displays alert as "Optional Evidence attached successfully" when there is no attachment is attached.
