Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login as admin
2. Click on Business Rules link from menu
3. Click on Add button
4. Enter the activity name
5. Click on Save button
6. Click on Level Selector Icon
7. Select any one level
8. Click on OK button in level selector window
9. Now click on Delete icon
10.Observe the result

Description
Business Rules-> The administrator could not able to remove the assigned "Level Name". Error message displayed as "No level has been defined" when click on delete icon for newly created activity.
Expeceted Result -> Success message should be displayed as "Level Reset Successfully" when click on delete icon for newly created activity.
Note: This issue happened only for newly created activities. Not for default activity.
