Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as admin
2. Click on Proposal Rating hyperlink from activities tab
3. Click on Entity selection icon
4. Select any entity except corporate
5. Select one proposal name and enter special characters in duration field and enter data in respective mandatory fields
6. Click on save button
7. Observe the result

Proposal Rating-> Added Proposal name is not displayed in list.

Note: Special Characters are added in duration field for the respective proposal name
