1. Login as admin
2. Click on Proposal Rating hyperlink from activities tab
3. Click on Entity selection icon
4. Select any entity except corporate
5. Select one proposal name

Description

Proposal Rating->Design & Unit Level issue in proposal rating page

1. Team Field -> Need tooltip for team selection icon "Click here to select team"

2. Rating Field & List design is not user friendly (Alignment is not good)
