Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as admin
2. Click on Proposal Rating hyperlink from activities tab
3. Click on add button
4. Select one proposal name and enter data in all mandatory fields
5. Click on save button
6. Select the same proposal name by clicking on respective check box
7. Click on edit button
8. Click on RATING field
9. Observe the result
