Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as admin
2. Click on Proposal Rating hyperlink from activities tab
3. Add multiple proposals in list
4. Click on sort icon in all fields like proposal name, Proposal type, Estim.date, Compl.date, Status
5. Observe the result
