Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login as admin
2. Click on Proposal Rating hyperlink from activities tab
3. Click on Entity selection icon
4. Select any entity except corporate
5. Select one proposal name and enter data in all mandatory fields
6. Click on Save button
7. Click on "Proposal Name" hyperlink again
8. Observe the result

Note: The issue happened for other entities and their proposals not for corporate.
