Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as admin
2. Click on meetings hyperlink from activities tab
3. Click on New button under any entity
4. Create duplicate meeting by using Same location, meeting subject, date and time
5. Click on Save button
6. Observe the result

Description

Meetings-> The System allowing to create duplicate meeting within an entity (Same location, meeting subject, date and time)

The alert message is not displayed when try to save with duplicate meeting within an entity

Note: The duplicate meeting is created by some other user not by module administrator
