Steps To Reproduce:

1)login to module as admin
2)create a planned audit
3)publish the planned audit for approval using approver route
4)login as 1st round of approver and approve the document
5)login as second round of approver and reject the planned audit document
6)login as scheduler back again
7)pick the same planned audit and click on resubmit
8)click on publish document hyperlink and observe the status

Description

Displays wrong status as approved When clicked on "Publish document" hyperlink from the publish window. When the second round of approver rejects the planned audit document.

1)1st attempt approve the planned audit document (Grey colour)
2)again resubmit the same document for second time and reject by 2nd approver.
