Steps To Reproduce:

1.Goto EwQIMS
2.Login as IC Module User
3.Navigate to IC Module
4.Goto Setup Tab and Click on Groups Menu
5.Click on New Button and View the Access Rights on the Right Side
6.Observe the Results
