2.Go to Doc Pro Module and click on Setup Menu
3.In Setup Menu click on Folder Management

It should show alerrt message to enter the revision number. And what if the user doesnt know the format of that rev number,.Better to make that field as non editable when the revision is selected as custom/auto increement
