Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login to EWIQMS application
2)Select APQP module
3)Go To Templates menu under projects tab
4)Select and open the template
5)Click on risk icon
6)Attach the document
7)Convert template to project
8)Observe the result in converted project for the attached deliverable
