Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login to EWQIMS application
2)Select APQP module
3)Click on projects menu under projects tab
4)Select the project
5)Open the project
6)Select the Deliverable
7)Click on deliverable info icon
8)Under attachment tab,Select output of other deliverable
9)Observe the result by check and uncheck
