Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login to EWQIMS application
2)Select APQP module
3)Click on projects menu
4)Click on new menu
5)Attach document under Project specific attachment
6)Now try to delete the attachment

Charter:When document is attached under project specific attachments then it will not allow to delete the document.
