SP810 - QA build

1. Login as Docpro module admin
2. Request a new document with a route
3. Log in as Docpro administrator
4. CLick on Administrator Actions
5. CLick on the newly created request and click on Modify
6. Remove the approvers and bypass the request
7. CLick on DOcument Index report

Issue: The approved and deleted documents are duplicated (ie, displayed sepeartely for each approver)in report if the administrator bypassesthe document request
