closedRecords->By deafult the route for a record is Inherit from Parent which is moduleauto approval, but when a record is created with default route settings, the record is listed in Pending record request with no approval.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log in as Docpro module admin
2. Create a folder and activate it.
3. Setup route for the documents
4. Create new documents with the route.
5. Now enable record in Folder management
6.The route forRecord will be Inherit from parent which is Module auto approval.
7. Now create a record
Issue: The record is listed in Pending record request with no Status of approval
