Routes:Minimum number of approvals reqd displayed is wrong, when all approvals reqd field is unchecked and adding the users.Due to that irrelevant message is displayed when saving the route

Routes:When all approvers reqd are unchecked, then minimum no of apps reqd field is turned to Zero even the approvers are selected,

Routes:When the users are removed in admin actions while modifying the route, it shows -1 in minimum number of approvals reqd field

Case:1

Add 3 users in 1st round with 2 users non mandatory and 1 user mandatory
enter minimum number of reqd field as 2
save it
add 2nd round of users say 4 users
minimumn number of reqd field is 4
save it
now check the 1st round, it turned to 4

Whatever be the 1st round min num of req field, it takes the 2nd round min no of field
