Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Ewqims
2.GO to Doc pro
3.Click on document management
4.Select the level and select the change history option
5.Click on the approved link for the document where it is bypassed by administrator
6.Check the terminated log
7.Terminated log is not displayed
8.Click on the terminated status in control history grid
