Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Ewqims
2.Go to Doc pro
3.Click on Routes
4.Search any module
5.It will lists the search results
6.Click clear filters link
7.Click on document management
8.Select the level
9.Click on the route link
10.Change the route in dropdown
11.Click on reset button
12.Routes are not changed
