3.Click on actions
4.Click on requests needing viewing
5.Give comments and submit
6.Check the requester and viewer mail

Email:Email notify for draft subject needs to be changed to"Notify draft requester about viewer comments",

Mail is generated from primary mod admin to requester, primary mod admin and all the draft viewers(includes the one who gives the comments)
