Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Ewqims as administrator
2.Create a userA in PPT2 site
3.Give access rights for the PPT2 folder in PPT2 site
4.Go to PPT1 site
5.Give access rights for the PPT1 folder for PPT2 site
6.Login as user A
7.Click on new document request
8.PPT1 site is not displayed
