Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Ewqims
2.Disable password in PPT1
3.Login as the approver where the user have access to PPT1 and PPTSS
4.Select PPTSS site in the dropdown
5.Select the document from PPT1 site where the password is disabled
6.But it asks password to enter
