Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login to EwQIMS
2.Click on Doc pro module
3.Click on New Document Draft
4.Select the level and enter the required details
5.Attach the document
6.Click on Continue
7.When the system is slow, click on continue button more than once, then the drafts get duplicated

Description
Drafts are duplicated in pending document drafts when the performance is slow and it shows the APQP actions page when the drafts are terminated and clicked on Actions menu again
