Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to EwQIMS
2.Click on Doc pro module from the module list
3.Click on New Document Request menu
4.Select the Level which has auto approval
5.Enter Document name and the required details
6.Attach a document
7.Click on add
observed result:Mail is generated but To and from are primary module administrator

Description

When requesting a new document,Mail will be generated to notify administrator regarding new document creation
In that mail, to and from are same,,to and from are displaying the primary module administrator
It should be from the requestor to administrator???
