Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login into EWQIMS application
2)Go To APQP Module
3)Select the project
4)Click on Request Change Management
5)Fill the form
6)Select the Risk template
7)Click on View Risk
8)Observe the result

Description

Risk Form when selecting the risk area as Projects,Planning,Execution and Scheduling, the risk category is not displayed as per the selection. But when risk category is selected and selecting the Risk area as Projects,Planning,Execution and Scheduling now the drop down option is displayed.
