Flowdown Dialog window - Unable to delete Functions and Requirement from the flowdown table

1.Click on flowdown indicator from VOC
2.Select Functions and Requirements and Click +D icon
3.Observe the result

Description

Flowdown Dialog window - Unable to delete Functions and Requirement from the flowdown table.
Function does not delete directly but Requirement is deleted but on refresh it is again displaying.

when clicking on delete icon (+D), Without selecting a function/ Requirement, System is displaying alert for failure also.
