Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as ""MSA"" module admin-> Select the module as MSA.
2. Click on MSA-Setup menu -> Click on Parts report.
3. Click on Part link.
4. Double Click on List of characteristics items.
5. Observe the List of Selected Characteristics column.
6. Double Click on List of selected characteristics items.
7. Observe the List of characteristics column.
