Description

8D form usability issues:

1) - d4b. root cause analysis When exclude is clicked object refrence occures

2) - Dropdown control does not close for previous selection after making next selection

3)- Date pop up close button displayed outside date picker

4) - Data visibility in data entry popup , 1 .Right click on row click on add 2.click on <<new>> 3.observe result

5) - Data / Value entered in comments is copied to row area % contributioon, responsibilty person

6) - Issue with team member field CY3

7) - Prob desc data less than 4000 characters data not saved notified as limit exceeds 4000 characters CY3

8) - Multisite : In 8d from , root cause category tree not loaded /EwQIMS_Inst1/ProblemSolver/RootCauseCategory/Index CY3

9) Team member <<new>> option should not be displayed

10)Dropdown data visibilty problem -

11)Characters added without space data exceeds row - Known issue

12)Entered characters changes to bold - Known issue

Steps to reproduce :

IN row d4b
1.ADD data in first three rows
2.click on comments text area , add comments
3.click on save
4.Observe result
