2)Go To APQP Module
3)Select the Project
4)Request for Change Management
5)Provide the details
6)Attach customer notification attachment
7)Click on Attached Document
8)Observe the result

Description

Clicking on the customer notification attachment it redirects to the document page but no back option is available to redirect to the ECR form page.

If link is mentioned in the area of change column, clicking on the link redirects but no back option is available.
