1)Login into EWIQMS application
2)Go To APQP Module
3)Select the Project
4)Request for Change Management
5)Observe the result

Description

Need some alert when ECR form is loading after the request made by the requestor. because publish button is displayed before the form gets load.

Showing the page blank till the form load, User dont know the staus of loading.
