Steps To Reproduce:
1)login to module as scheduler
2)Do not select parent level in Business rules
3)create a planned audit
4)click on publish button by selecting module auto approval by filling all the fields
5)click on publish
6)after publish and approved
7)pick the same cycle and click on resubmit
8)observe the screen

Description
When level is selected manually from the publish window for planned audit using module auto approval. After the document is auto approved it should display the entered fields before approval and after approval.
