1.Login as BOSS Admin
2.Click on Setup tab
3.Click on "Business Rules" link
4.Craete more than 10 records and then observe the result

Description

Business Rules-> The unwanted horizontal scroll is displayed if more than 10 record exits in this page.
Lot of empty space available in right side of the page. Need to utilize that.
