CM: Change management pillar is displayed under pillar drop down in the charter page. No alert displayed on selecting the change management pillar. It does not allow to create project.

1)Login to ewqims application
2)Select APQP module
3)Select Projects menu under projects tab
4)Click on new project
5)Select the pillar(CM)
6)Provide the project details
7)Observe the result
