Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as BOSS Admin without "External and Internal Categories - Access right"
2.Click on Interested Party Expectations tab
3.Click on Vision, Mission, Values & Quality Policy link
4.Click on "Context" tab
5.The button "Add External Categories" / "Add Internal Categories" will be displayed

Description

Context -> The option to create External and Internal Category should be displayed based on Group access right (External and Internal Categories).

Reason-> External and Internal category link will be displayed based on Group access right. The same approach should be applicable if the user creates categories from "Context" page by clicking "Add External Categories" / "Add Internal Categories".

Expeceted Result -> The button "Add External Categories" / "Add Internal Categories" should be visible provided the user is having "External and Internal Categories - Access right" in any one group
