Steps To Reproduce:
"1. Login as ""MSA"" module admin-> Select the module as MSA.
2. Click on Setup menu > Click on Appraisers Submenu.> Select the invalid excel file.
3. Click on ""import Button""
4. Click on done button and observe the screen."
