Steps To Reproduce:
"1. Login as ""MSA"" module admin-> Select the module as MSA.
2. Click on Setup menu > Click on Appraisers Submenu.> Select the invalid excel file.
3. Click on ""import Button""
4. Click on done button and observe the screen."

This is limitation. User need to provide valid data in excel sheet.

If user imported invalid file, We will display alert like "Imported file contains invalid file content. Kindly follow the sample import format."
