Steps To Reproduce:

1.Goto EwQIMS
2.Login as IC Module User
3.Navigate to IC Module
4.Goto Reports Tab and Click on Reject Ratio Menu
5.Select the PI and give all the details
6.Click on Save Report Button and Enter the Report Name
7.Click on Submit Button
8.Observe the Result
