Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as BOSS Admin
2.Click on Interested Party Expectations tab
3.Click on Interested Party Expectations link
4.Click on New button from listing page
5.Enter the Expectation Category
6.Click on Add button under expectation category name
7.Double click on Interested Parties selection area without entering any expectation on respective field

Description

Interested Party Expectations -> Edit Interested Party Expectations -> The system allowing to select Interested Parties without Expectation for an Expectation category.

Expected Result-> The system should not allow to select Interested Parties without adding Expectation for an Expectation category. The alert message should be displayed as "Please specify the Expectation" if the user try to add interested parties by adding a row
