Steps To Reproduce:
1)login to module as auditor
2)click on perform audit
3)raise NC/OFI
4)submit to auditee
5)login as auditee
6)respond the NC/OFI using 8D Car approach
7)Login as auditor
8)close the respective NC/OFI which is responded using 8D car
9)login as auditee
10)pick the respective NC/OFI by clicking on hyper link
11)observe the bottom of the screen
